Please note :
A 24 hour notice is required on any cancelations
All new clients may be required to secure a deposit on time of booking .
We are a very busy salon,and hope clients understand the importance of bookings .
Failure to show,will loose this deposit .
We cannot rebook ,for a further appointment.
A new booking will require a new deposit .
Groupon bookings: 1 per new client
If you have visited us before unfortunately we cannot use the groupon code voucher,although we do still offer a discounted rate .
All groupon bookings are usually booked in advance .
At time of booking you security code will be needed to enable us to secure your requested time slot .
Appointments missed will unfortunately loose there treatment booked .
We usually run to time and delays in appointments ,is usually a treatment or client that has ran late .
In these circumstances we kindly ask your patience .
We cannot move your appointment at short notice .
